We are an intentionally small team, working from offices in Richmond, Kentucky and Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Every client works directly with a principal advisor — and that, more than anything, is the point.
In 2014 our founder closed his last institutional brokerage transaction and walked across the street to open a one‑desk practice above a coffee shop on Main Street. The promise was straightforward: every client would speak to a principal, every listing would receive the team's full creative attention, and no decision would ever be rushed.
A decade later, the promise is unchanged. We have grown only as quickly as the right advisors have joined us. We list selectively. We turn away the wrong fit. We answer the phone.
These are not slogans. They are the criteria we use to hire, promote, and decide whom we will represent.
We prefer thorough preparation to grand gestures. The work behind the work is what closes a deal cleanly.
If a price is wrong, we will say so. If a home is not for you, we will say that too. Candor is a kindness.
Great homes — and great deals — reveal themselves to those who can wait the right amount of time.
We list fewer homes and represent fewer buyers than our peers — by design. Attention is finite.
The work is technical; the experience should be warm. Coffee, candor, and clear next steps.
The best clients are friends we serve for decades. We design every interaction to earn the next one.
